Hi, how can we help?

[My Account] Why is my account being limited?

Para sa Taglish version ng article, basahin dito.

Your account may be restricted for suspicious activities violating our Terms of Service, such as fake orders, voucher abuse, or scams. If your account is limited, you may receive a notification or encounter errors when logging in or checking out.

⚠️WARNING

Severe violations (e.g., voucher abuse, wallet fraud) may lead to permanent restrictions.

If you have an outstanding SPayLater bill, late payments may result in:

  • Frozen Shopee and SPayLater accounts

  • Restricted use of Shopee vouchers

  • A record of late payments

⚠️Note

· Account deletion requests may be rejected if your account is limited/suspended.

· You can withdraw your ShopeePay balance if your account is verified.

· Pending paid orders, including those from banned sellers, will still be delivered.

· For missing refunds that have not yet been credited, contact Customer Service and prepare the following:

· A valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, UMID, PhilSys)

· A list of pending order IDs

Filing for an appeal to reactivate your account

Go to Me tab >  Chat with Shopee > type “Appeal for Account” > select Appeal Account Suspension > follow the instructions and provide the supporting documents (if requested).

⚠️Note

· If you provide any of the invalid IDs, your appeal will be declined.

· Limited accounts could be suspended permanently if the appeal was rejected.
